Good paths too start, lots of up/down along the summit ridge.

🗻HOLME FELL

Explore Hodge close quarry along the way, various rocks too climb along the route.

No facilities but closest are in Coniston

Some stone paths but mainly grass to the summit, steep stairs going down to Hodge close quarry so care needed

🥾Between 2-5 miles depending on route take, lots of cairns on the summit so we used Os maps too find the actual wainwright summit, total ascent was 358m.

🗻GOWBARROW FELL

Aira force waterfall, places too paddle, rocks too climb in, forest trails.

Well marked waterfall route, uneven and rocky paths but gentle incline

Information point, Cafe and toilets.

🥾1.5 miles for the waterfall trail or 4 miles for the waterfalls and summit, with 360m ascent.

🗻LOUGHRIGG FELL

Rydal caves and Rydal water with a stepped walk up to the summit.

Gentle path around Rydal water, stepping stones in the cave then stone steps on a steep incline too Loughrigg fell with some grass sections

Toilets and often a ice cream van.

🥾4 miles for the caves and Loughrigg fell with the option of walking around Rydal water with total ascent 360m.

🥾2.8 miles for Rydal water via the coffin route.
